PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Oritek Weighbridge Scale is a heavy-duty vehicle weighing solution engineered for accurate, reliable, and efficient weighing of trucks, commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty loads. Designed for demanding industrial environments, Oritek Weighbridges are available in Mobile, Pit Less, and Pit Type configurations, allowing the system to be customized according to site conditions, available space, civil work requirements, and operational needs.
The weighbridge is available in capacities ranging from 20 MT to 150 MT, with customizable platform dimensions and accuracy options to meet different vehicle weighing requirements. The system can also be configured with different types of load cells, including Cup & Ball, Compression, and Digital Load Cells.
For efficient weighing management, the system can be equipped with an Intelligent Terminal Kit featuring high-capacity memory, USB connectivity, printer and serial ports, backlit LCD and LED displays, wireless remote display, and consolidated reporting. Oritek also offers Un-Manned Weighbridge solutions with automated vehicle identification, boom barriers, photo sensors, and traffic light signals for smooth and controlled vehicle movement.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS
| Type | Description |
| Mobile Weighbridge | Above-ground prefabricated construction that can be transported, erected, and dismantled with comparatively low construction requirements. Available with or without prefabricated MS ramps. |
| Pit Less Weighbridge | Above-ground installation with slopes on both sides, requiring comparatively less civil work and offering easy maintenance. |
| Pit Weighbridge | Installed flush with the road surface, reducing the space required for ramps and making it suitable for sites where space is limited. |
